Watched Oblivion over the weekend . . . remember my list of a dozen or so minor inconsistencies with the second Star Trek movie (scroll down a few posts)? This movie makes Into Darkness look like an exercise in pedanticism. If puzzling plot holes inhibit your ability to enjoy a movie, you’ll want to stay away from this one. If on the other hand you’re all about action and flashy special effects, send your frontal lobe to the museum and settle in for an entertaining ride . . . (wait doesn’t the frontal lobe also have something to do with consciousness? Ah, I’m sure it’ll be fine) . . .
